If you haven't made your room reservations yet, now is the time! We contracted for 30 rooms and as of this wrirting, there are only 5 rooms available. Three rooms are upstairs in large lodge #1 and two rooms are in a quieter 4-bedroom lodge. 

To make a reservation: Do NOT contact PostOak Lodge. All reservations must be paid in advance and are made through me (Keith). Send me an email (below) and let me know whether you want a room in the big lodge or the small one. Also, let me know your method of payment. Regardless of the number of people in each room, the cost is $170.00 per night or $340.00 for the two-night weekend. Here is the link to pay by credit card. Here is the link to pay by Zelle. You can also mail me a check. 

Please note:  In addition to the room charges, there are additional costs which we will let you know about later. These include breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings, the Saturday night German Fest, the Friday night pizza party, etc.

Tulsa hotels: If you prefer to make your own room reservation, you can contact one of the many downtown Tulsa hotels (only 20 minutes away). If you do, please let me know, so you can be included in our many family activities.

In addition to the fun of just hanging out with family members, here are a few of the activities planned for the big weekend: German Fest dinner for Saturday night complete with German food, strudel, German music, happy hour, photo opportunies, and few other surprises. Bring your lederhosen and join in on the fun. There will also be plenty of opportunities to share a “Prost” with other family members during happy hour. Please see the following:

Family Silent Auction: Join us for an exciting silent auction, where community, fun, and friendly competition come together for a great cause! This special event offers families the opportunity to browse an array of unique items, from handcrafted treasures, gift baskets, family memorabilia, baked good, toys, candy, wine, liquor, etc. Whether you're looking to snag the perfect gift or just want to enjoy the thrill of bidding, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Best of all, proceeds from the silent auction will go to the Ronck/Weber Reunion Fund. Saturday activities: Much of the day on Saturday will be free time so grab some family members and explore:

• PostOak Lodge & Retreat activities include a swimming pool, outdoor hiking trails, basketball net, volleyball, fishing, 36-hole championship disc golf course, kayak, canoe, board games, pool table, card table, shuffleboard, etc. 

• Nearby Tulsa activities include the Tulsa Botanic Gardens, Tulsa Zoo, The Gathering Place, breweries, wineries, Osage Casino, etc. 

Catholic Mass: Planned for 4:00 PM Saturday night. 

Share family photos: An online folder has been created for sharing family photos. To start a few photos from the 2023 reunion have been added, however, the folder is available for more photos now, or during the reunion, as well as in the future. You can also download photos in the folder to your own device and it should be as easy as drag and drop. Plus, you can also bring traditional (hard copy) photos to the reunion, and, if there is time, we will help you with imaging them.
